USER AGREEMENT

 

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Paxbid Auction ("Paxbid" or "we"), governing your use of the Paxbid Auction website (the "Site"). By registering as a new user on the front of the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register as a new user on the Site.

  c. Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.

  d. Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any person or entity.

  e. Engaging in any activities that may harm, tarnish, or negatively impact the reputation of Paxbid Auction.

 

3. Disclaimer of Liability

 

3.1 Site Use: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site is at your own risk. Paxbid Auction disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or legality of any content, products, or services offered through the Site.

 

3.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Paxbid Auction, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PAXBID AUCTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS AGREEMENTS, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL.
